Pakistani star Armeena Rana Khan called out Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra for cheering for the Indian Armed Forces as they breached the Pakistani air space and rooted for war, reminding her that she had been a Good Will Ambassador for United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF).
As frenzy unfolds on the border of Pakistan and India, Bollywood celebrities have been sharing their two cents on the matter exalting the Indian armed forces for their breach of Pakistan’s air space. However, artists on this side of the border aren’t shying away from calling them out on their hypocrisy.
Pakistani star Armeena Rana Khan called out Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra for cheering for the Indian Armed Forces as they breached the Pakistani air space and rooted for war, reminding her that she had been a Goodwill Ambassador for United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF).
“Jai Hind #IndianArmedForces” the Quantico actor had stated to which Armeena replied: “WHAT?!!! But aren’t you supposed to be a Good Will ambassador for @UNICEF? Screen shot this everyone and next time she speaks up for peace and goodwill. Let’s remind her of this hypocrisy.”
Priyanka had been the global Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF since the past 12 years having visited places like Zimbabwe, Rohingya as well as slums in India.
