Singer Harshdeep Kaur shares first pic from Deepika-Ranveer sangeet ceremony

Renowned Indian singer Harshdeep Kaur, who has been roped in to perform at the sangeet ceremony of star-couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone held at Lake Como in Italy, shared the first picture from the star-studded event on Tuesday.

Calling the day beautiful, Harshdeep posted a picture of herself posing besides the serene lake alongside husband Mankeet Singh.

“What a beautiful day,” she captioned the photo which has her donning a mint green lehenga and her trademark turban.

Singer Sanjoy Das has also joined Harshdeep to perform at the glittery ceremony.

“We have reached Milan for a very special occasion of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. I am performing with Harshdeep Kaur along with Bobby Pathak and Firoz Khan,” Sanjoy wrote on Twitter.

He later deleted the tweet as Deepika and Ranveer have restricted all pictures of their wedding on social media.

Ranveer and Deepika are all set to tie the knot in holy matrimony today and tomorrow, according to Konkani and Sindhi wedding traditions to pay homage to Deepika’s Kannada and Ranveer’s Sindhi heritage. This will be followed by a grand wedding reception in Mumbai on November 28. The couple will reportedly enjoy a brief honeymoon before resuming work.
