Ranveer, Deepika do not want wedding gifts

Bollywood’s highly anticipated wedding is just around the corner and Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padokone have asked for donations to charity instead of wedding gifts.

The wedding will take place in Lake Como, Italy on 14 and 15 November. The pair flew to their wedding destination on Friday.

Invitation to the reception are circulating on the social media in which it can been seen that the groom and bride do not want gifts but are requesting for donations to give to their supported charity The Live Love Laugh Foundation.

The invite says, “Directing all gifts in the form of a donation to the charity we support will be greatly appreciated.”

Ranveer and Deepika announced to get married through their social media accounts last month.

Sharing the same statement they wrote, “With the blessings of our families, it gives us immense joy in sharing that our wedding is set to take place on the 14th and 15th of November, 2018. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek your blessings as we embark on this incredible journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness. Lots of love, Deepika and Ranveer,”
