Take a look into the lavish Italian resort #DeepVeer is staying in

Bollywood's power couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh officially kicked off their lavish wedding festivities at the beautiful Lake Como in Italy on Tuesday.

The couple is said to be tying the knot at Villa del Balbianello which is 45 minutes away from the resort they are staying at. 

The dream resort is located on the east side of Lake Como and has been booked for Padukones and Singhs for the entire wedding week till November 17  and is said to have 75 rooms, four bars and restaurants, four conference rooms, a spa, an indoor swimming pool along with an al fresco terrace. 

Apart from that an outdoor floating pool can also be seen in the pictures, amplifying the beauty of the place.

Reports have also revealed that the  lavish venue is getting decked up by expert florists for the big day while  heavy security has also been deployed around the place taking into account the numerous prominent Bollywood stalwarts and dignitaries that will be gracing the occasion. 

The hearsay is also suggesting that the groom is prepping up to make a grand entrance at the ceremony on a sea plane.

The duo is reported to be paying Rs 24,75,000 per day as the resort has been exclusively reserved for them for the entire week which equals the cost to Rs 1.73 Crore in its entirety.

Moreover, it was revealed that the pair will be hosting two receptions: A Sindhi and a Konkani wedding reception will be taking place on November 14 and 15 at the Italian Lake town. 

Following the two ceremonies,  the couple will host two additional parties,  in Mumbai and another in Bengaluru.

The famed Italian destination is proving to be a favorite for Bollywood bigwigs, as last September, Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s daughter Isha celebrated her engagement at the same resort town as well.
