Farhan Saeed reminds India and Pakistan to take cue from Korean peace deal
Pakistani singer Farhan Saeed had taken to twitter to state that the two South Asian countries should also follow the path of peace and move forward from the collisions.
North and South Korea made history after a 65 year long period of animosity, by signing a peace deal. It wasn’t long before the act of conciliation between the two countries was being compared to the hostile history India and Pakistan has shared.
Pakistani singer Farhan Saeed had taken to twitter to state that the two South Asian countries should also follow the path of peace and move forward from the collisions.
"Pakistan and India should take a cue from Korea, let's finish it already and move forward like never before," stated the 33 year old singer’s tweet.
The feelings of reconciliation, as it turns out were being shared from the other side of the border as well with Indian director Rahul Dholkia also voicing out his outlook.
The director of Mahira Khan-starrer 'Raees', had tweeted: “If the north can change, and the south can change why can't the west and east? #peace #Korea #india-pak.”
