MUMBAI: India’s extremist party Shiv Sena has threatened Bollywood star Salman Khan over his statement in favour of Pakistani artistes working in India.
Manisha Kayande, a leader of Shiv Sena, on Saturday said, “Salman Khan needs to be taught a lesson. If he has so much love for Pakistan artists, he should migrate there."
Salman Khan is amongst the few from the Bollywood fraternity who has been seen supporting the Pakistani artists in India.
His recent statement in which he said that Pakistani artists are not terrorists has invited backlash and criticism from the extremist elements of India.
