NEW DEHLI: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has spoken up against banning Pakistani artists to work in India.
Talking to journalists, Salman said they (Pakistani actors) are artists not terrorists, it’s the government who give permission to them for work here.
On Thursday, Indian Motion Pictures Association (IMPA) banned all Pakistani actors, artists and technicians from working in Indian movies. The move was announced after Indian army claimed to have carried out ‘surgical strikes’ in Pakistan.
Following the line, Indian celebrities (mostly from Bollywood) took to Twitter and thanked their army for conducting action against 'terrorists' in Pakistan.
