In one of the Instagram post, palace shared photos and videos saying, “Caring for Bute’s coastline at beautiful Ettrick Bay."

"Joining Beachwatch Bute’s beach ranger and local volunteers working together to protect the island’s coastline. For almost 30 years, community action has helped keep Bute’s beaches clean and accessible while inspiring the next generation to care for the natural environment.”

Fans and friends dropped sweet comments on the post with one saying, “I’m sure our Duke and Duchess of Rothesay loved this engagement.”

The post also caught attention of Kate Middleton’s brother James.

James extended love to the Prince and Princess of Wales by pressing the heart button.

Kate and William were all smiles when they arrived on Bute to celebrate the Scottish island's community.

The future king and queen travelled to the west of Scotland to highlight those bringing residents together, and their first stop was Bute Shinty Club to learn how the sporting centre has become a vital social hub.
