Why has Meghan Markle not made her debut in the UK?

The world has been waiting with baited breath for the first event Meghan chooses to make her UK debut through, but despite it being a week since news of their jet touching down became public, no public facing events have been announced.

However, the reason for all this silence is finally out, and comes via a source that is well versed in their dynamic.

According to the insider, the simple reason is Meghan’s kids, who have made a massive lifestyle shift by moving from sunny California to the UK.

According to The Sun the source was quoted saying, “There are a lot of things to arrange. Meghan is totally focused on getting the kids settled for now.”

Currently not much is known about this move. The only information the public has, via official channels is that Meghan and Harry have decided to stay in the UK for “an extended period of time”.

Rumours however warn this move may be a precursor to divorce because the couple don’t even have their own residence, and are currently residing in the home of one of their pals. 

Other insights regarding this move though point to a simpler reason. According to other sources the only reason the family decided to move their home base is because Prince Harry wishes for his kids to receive a British education as well.
