Prince Harry publicly calls out the security chief over terrorist threats
Prince Harry fires back against security chief: ‘We can’t even carry a cricket bat for defence’
Prince Harry has been firing of against the security chief in England for the way his family’s security needs are being handled, and its finally coming to light.
For those unversed, the information comes amid warnings by the terrorist group al-Qaeda which have not died down since 2023, when the royal revealed his ‘kill number’ from the time he was in the British army.
Now, with his family already on the other side of the pond, and his children due to start school in September, its said Prince Harry’s legal team has reached out to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood with his concerns, and has even begun pressuring her to have a more ‘direct’ role in streamlining his security needs.
According to GB News the major issue stems from the executive committee for the protection of royalty and public figures (Ravec) not sharing or conveying when a direct threat was made against him, during his time in the US.
What makes this pertinent to mention is that up until a month of so Prince Harry and his family were long-term residents.
A source has also offered more detail into the current state of his security, even now when he is back in his homeland.
Reportedly, they have said “his security team cannot even carry a cricket bat as a means of defence - all they’d have is angry rhetoric and their physical strength if someone attacked him or his family.”
“With his return home, the game has changed: the first duty of a government is to protect its citizens and that includes Harry, his wife and his children.”
Before signing off they also said, “It’s not about the role he has here - it’s about the risk he and his family face, and he cannot simply stop being the son of the King.”
