Princess Anne appreciated for ‘to the point’ conversations with associates
Princess Anne’s sense of duty and responsibility is praised by an expert
Princess Anne’s sense of duty is placed by a former staff member.
The Princess Royal, who celebrated her 75th birthday this month, is as hard-working as she appears to be on cameras.
Speaking about the Royal, Butler Grant Harold tells OLBG: "What surprised me most about meeting Princess Anne in person was the fact that she is exactly as you see her. There really isn't a huge difference between the person you see in public and the person you meet behind closed doors
“She's very straight to the point, and she doesn't suffer fools, but at the same time, she's incredibly polite and nice. She's got a lovely smile, and there's a warmth to her as well, but you always know where you stand with her.”
He explained: ‘What you see in front of the cameras is very much what you get behind the scenes. There's no real change in her personality or the way she conducts herself.
“I've always said that, in many ways, she's got the attributes of both her mother and her father. She's inherited that incredible sense of duty and work ethic, but also that very direct, no-nonsense approach,” he noted.
