Isla Fisher shares heartfelt update after ending 13-year marriage with Sacha Baron Cohen
Isla Fisher breaks silence on life after Sacha Baron Cohen divorce
Isla Fisher, famed for her breakout comedic role as Gloria Cleary in Wedding Crashers, detailed how she coped after her divorce from Sacha Baron Cohen.
The actress, who parted ways from her husband of 13 years in April 2024 and finalized the divorce in June of 2025, revealed that her female friends helped her find strength after her separation.
The Now You See Me star told E! News, "I'm much stronger than I thought I was, and I would say that my friendships, my female friendships, have really been instrumental to me discovering or recovering that strength. I'm incredibly grateful."
Isla formed close bonds with her Spa Weekend co-stars including Leslie Mann, Anna Faris and Michelle Buteau, on the comedy film set as they showed her support.
The Great Gatsby actress gushed, "Honestly, it was so much fun. I feel like from the time we did the table read, we all just got along. I've known Anna for years, and Leslie and I had made a movie together, and Michelle, I was a fan from afar."
She further added, "But we all just had a natural chemistry, and we're all girls’ girls. So, there was a lot of support for each other and encouragement, and it was really special."
It is pertinent to mention that Isla Fisher and Sasha Cohen were together for more than 23 years together.
