Selena Gomez opens up about ‘Rare Beginnings’: ‘I'm hard on myself and too critical’
Selena Gomez tugs at heartstrings with her hope for new beginnings
With a brand new fragrance on the way, Selena Gomez decided to sit done and discuss what her intentions have been when creating this, and how it translates into her own life in front of the camera.
For those unversed, Gomez has been one of the most widely recognized stars since her days on Barney and Friends, and Wizards of Waverly Place.
But with a husband by her side and a new fragrance hitting the shelves, the star sat down with interviewer, Robin James on his YouTube channel to dish on ‘Rare Beginings’.
As for where the topic came from, it was linked to the name of the new perfume, and the host tied her new phase of life into this and asked, “you've had loads of different periods in your life, when you think, say, In several years time, and you think back in this period of your life, and this fragrance, what do you want to remember?”
Gomez replied to this by saying, “I hope to remember that no matter what goes on, there's always a chance to try again, and that's something I need to work on because, you know, I'm hard on myself and too critical, and in my head. So it's just allowing me to have a new beginning.”
