Kelly Osbourne paid tribute to her late dad Ozzy Osbourne at Royal Ascot, by wearing a bat-shaped fascinator.

The 41-year-old TV star attended the famous British racecourse, in Berkshire, south east England, on the opening day of Royal Ascot, and her headgear appeared to be a nod to her father.

Ozzy, nicknamed as “The Prince of Darkness,” and who passed away in July 2025, aged 76, just 17 days after his final performance, became associated with bats after he once bit the head off one, believing it to be a plastic toy, when a fan threw the creature on stage at a gig in 1982.

Kelly looked effortlessly elegant in her bat-inspired fascinator along with a black dress from Karen Millen, as per Bang Premiere.

The star took to social media and showed off her Royal Enclosure badge, via Instagram, meaning she had access to Ascot's most exclusive area.

King Charles and Queen Camilla were in attendance at Royal Ascot on Tuesday, as were Zara and Mike Tindall, and new couple Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling, who married on June 6th.

Afterwards, Kelly was pleased to take her heels off.

She posted a picture on her Instagram Stories of her bare feet, and she wrote, "If your shoes are glad to come off, you probably had a day worth remembering".

Earlier this year, Kelly told how she was "not" fine following the death of her beloved father.

Speaking in February, she told PEOPLE magazine, "I won't lie. I won't be one of those people that say I'm fine because I'm not. That's the hardest thing I've ever been through in my life.”

"… My father was one of the greatest men to ever live [on] the planet. And to show I don't have enough gratitude to the Grammys for what they're doing tonight. You know, it's a really beautiful thing,” she added.

Kelly Osbourne continued, "There's so many things that we do that we always keep a seat at the table for him. I light a candle every day. For him, I wear a locket. It's under my dress, you can't see it, but it has his picture in it, and my baby opens it every day and gives it a kiss and says hi to Papa.”

"And every time I see the clock at 11:11, I know that's him talking to me,” she said while talking about ways in how she remembers her father, Ozzy Osbourne, in her daily routine.
