Ryan Beatty confirms return with first album since Grammy-winning breakthrough
Ryan Beatty returns with emotionally charged single from upcoming LP
Ryan Beatty has officially announced his fourth studio album, Sweet Fortune, which is set for release on June 26 via Atlantic Records.
Alongside the announcement, the 30-year-old singer-songwriter unveiled a brand-new single titled Secret Language.
The album follows his 2023 record Calico, which received strong reviews from fans and critics. Since then, Beatty has also found success as a songwriter. He won a Grammy Award for helping write songs on Beyoncé’s album Cowboy Carter.
Sweet Fortune was made with producer Ethan Gruska, who has worked with artists including Phoebe Bridgers and Conan Gray. The new project is expected to show a softer and more personal side of Beatty’s music.
His new single Secret Language focuses on the feelings that come with falling in love and getting to know someone deeply. The song has a calm and dreamy sound, which matches the style Beatty has become known for in recent years.
Beatty first became popular online through YouTube before building a music career with albums like Boy in Jeans, Dreaming of David and Calico. Over the years, he has also worked with artists such as Tyler, the Creator, Brockhampton and Miley Cyrus.
