Zendaya pays low-key visit to bookstore, poses with two special books

2026 is a big year for Zendaya career-wise. She has four hotly anticipated movies ready to release this year.

The Drama - already released - The Spider-Man: Brand New Day, The Odyssey, and Dune: Part III.

But in a recent surprise move, she paid a surprise visit to a bookstore.

It is Rakestraw Books.

However, what caught the fans' attention was Zendaya posing with two books in her hands.

At first, The Dune: Messiah by Frank Herbert was in one hand while the Odyssey was in the other.

In a caption, Rakestraw Books read, "We had a very special visitor at Rakestraw Books recently."

"Zendaya stopped by to shop and chat books with us! We were thrilled to help her find some good reads and loved getting some recommendations from her!

"Thank you Zendaya for being so lovely and for your love of books and support of independent bookstores!," it read.

"She was kind enough to take a fun photo with a couple of her book-to-movie adaptations for us!," the post added.

Meanwhile, in chronological order, Zendaya's The Odyssey will open in cinemas on July 17, followed by Spider-Man: Brand New Day in theatres on July 31, and Dune: Part III will release near the year's end on Dec. 18.
