Jennifer Aniston backs off from Jim Curtis wedding?
Jennifer Aniston tells Jim Curtis she 'can't marry' him
Jennifer Aniston has reportedly stepped back from Jim Curtis wedding.
Insiders have recently revealed that the duo had to hit pause on their wedding plans as the Friends star doesn't want to 'rush things'.
"Jen still sees Jim as the person she wants to grow old with, but right now there’s no room in her schedule for a wedding," an insider told Star Magazine.
They went on to note, "She wants it to be special and not rushed. Jen’s had to tell Jim in no uncertain terms, ‘I can’t marry you’ — not right now, anyway."
Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis are said to be in happy grounding relationship. They were first linked in the summer 2025.
However, sources claimed that some of Aniston's pals also support the decision as they felt the couple's relationship was moving too fast. But, no one wants them to split.
On the other hand, sources also pointed at the possible disagreement over where they would live long-term as the reason to hit pause on wedding plans. While Curtis remains tied to New York, Aniston reportedly prefers Los Angeles.
Previously, sources shared about Aniston's plans for the wedding, noting that she adores Mexico and it is "one of her favourite places in the world."
The Heat World revealed, "that’s why she goes back there again and again. Her favourite hotel is the One&Only – it’s very romantic, and she’s giddy about getting to share it with Jim."
But, for the special occasion the actress planned "just a very tiny gathering of their closest friends."
"It wouldn’t be the only celebration. This would be something low-key on the sand with margaritas and not much else," the source shared previously.
