Prince Harry gets blasted for ‘crass’ behavior: ‘Taking a life is serious don't talk it up as a game!’
Prince Harry has just been handed a slap in the face for the way he talked about the lives he’s taken
Prince Harry just got put on blast by Retired army veteran Col Tim Collins, during his chat with Forces News recently.
For those unversed, this ‘tragic moneymaking scam’ that he believes is ‘crass’ and ‘cringeworthy’ was made in the Duke’s 2023 memoir titled Spare.
The memoir saw him admit to having taken over 25 people’s lives during his time in the military, in Afghanistan, and in the eyes of Col Collins, Prince Harry ended up ‘badly’ letting the side down.
“Amongst his assertions is a claim that he killed 25 people in Afghanistan. That's not how you behave in the army; it's not how we think,” he started by talking of the Duke’s 10-year stint.
In his eyes, “[Harry] has badly let the side down. We don't do notches on the rifle butt. We never did.”
The Col. Even accused him of trying to curate a “tragic moneymaking scam to fund the lifestyle he can't afford,” by using his past.
Before concluding he also said, “I've never heard anyone talk about kill counts, it's crass and frankly cringeworthy. Taking a life is the most serious thing you can ever do on ops, serious people don't talk it up as a game to shift a few books.”
