Gwyneth Paltrow has found herself at the center of new legal trouble as her wellness and lifestyle brand Goop faces shocking accusations.

According to a lawsuit filed in California federal court, one of Goop Kitchen locations allegedly failed to comply with requirements outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The complaint was reportedly filed by Leemanuel Weilch, who says he is paraplegic and uses a wheelchair, as quoted by Radar Online.

The complaint stated, "While attempting to enter the Business during each visit, Plaintiff personally encountered a number of barriers that interfered with his ability to use and enjoy the goods, services, privileges, and accommodations offered at the Business," including failing to provide enough disabled parking spaces and "the access aisle was not accessible due to multiple obstructions blocking the access."

Furthermore, the complaint claims that the business is breaking the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, which states: "no individual shall be discriminated against based on disability in the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations of any."

For those unaware, Goop Kitchen, launched as an extension of Gwyneth Paltrow’s wellness empire, focuses on gluten-free and health-conscious takeout meals, including salads, bowls and soups across Los Angeles County locations.
