Andrew Scott describes his 'Pressure' costar Brendan Fraser in two words
Andrew Scott talks about working with Brendan Fraser in 'Pressure'
Andrew Scott has opened up about his movie Pressure and working with Brendan Fraser.
Speaking with People Magazine, Scott described his co-star Fraser as the "sweetest person."
He went on to note, "I think when people see Brendan Fraser, I think we just like him."
"Everybody just loves him. And we see him and we think, 'Oh, I trust him,'" the actor said.
Moreover, Scott went on to explain that trust is "very important" when you're playing somebody like Dwight D. Eisenhower, the character Fraser plays in the movie.
Notably, Scott himself plays Stagg, a British Met Officer meteorologist attached to the Royal Air Force in the World War II film.
The actor also shared that his and Fraser's character are "very different" yet both are "men of extreme integrity."
Discussing what normally draws him to the acting project, Andrew Scott said, "It's always the script. That's where it starts."
He added, "You know, I don't think you can make a great movie if you've got a mediocre script. I just don't think it's likely for me in some ways. So I've been doing lots of very different stuff, and that's kind of the name of the game for me."
It is pertinent to mention that Pressure is set to release on May 29.
