Pete Davidson makes heartbreaking confession amid breakup rumors with Elsie Hewitt
Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt's relationship is reportedly 'on the verge of breaking up'
Pete Davidson added another feather to his cap as he accepted the Special Achievement Award at the 30th Annual Webby Awards on Monday.
While accepting the trophy, the 32-year-old comedian made a heartbreaking confession that surprised everyone.
"Thanks, I'm still dead inside," Pete told the star-studded crowd.
The SNL alum's remark comes amid reports that he has split with the mother of his daughter, Elsie Hewitt.
Recently, an insider confirmed to the Daily Mail that Pete and Elsie's relationship is on the verge of breaking up.
“This is what he ends up doing always. She was also warned well ahead of time in their relationship to be careful with him, because Pete loves to self-sabotage a good thing,” the confidant said.
Meanwhile, another source told the outlet that the couple might not have “fully broken up, but it is absolutely leading to it.”
"Whether or not [their relationship] will continue is something we will know relatively quickly. Many expect that they are at the point of no return,” the insider said.
“They are trying to figure out the next steps as they want to be together for their kid, but it just might not be their endgame,” added the confidant.
For those unversed, Pete and Elsie share a baby girl, whom they welcomed in December 2025.
