Emily Blunt's tip for girls overshadows release of 'Devil Wears Prada 2'
Emily Blunt is facing backlash over controversial advice to girls who unhappy with their jobs
Hollywood star Emily Blunt is facing backlash over her recent advice to women unhappy with their jobs.
“Do you have any tips for girls who are hating their jobs right now?” the interviewer asked during promotion for The Devil Wears Prada 2.
“Quit… no. Just find something that you deeply want to do. Even if you’re earning no money, as long as you love it, you’ll be happy,” Blunt replied.
The actress was joined by her The Devil Wears Prada 2 co-star Stanley Tucci, who laughed at her initial “Quit” response.
Blunt’s comments have stirred controversy as she and Tucci received stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, overshadowing the theatrical release of The Devil Wears Prada 2 on May 1.
