Kate Hudson, who turned 47 on April 19, said she loves getting older.
The actress recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to discuss season 2 of Running Point, where the host wished Kate a “happy belated birthday.”
“Thank you! I’m so old,” she replied.
“Oh, please!” commented Jimmy.
To which, the Song Sung Blue star responded, “No I love it."
“I like getting … I really think I’m going to be a great old person … Because I like it, because it gets better, so you don’t have to care as much," she added.
When she asked how she celebrated the day, saying, “Did you have a rager? Did you have a party?”
“I had a crawfish boil,” said the mother-of-three. "And I had a beignet cake. I got my crawfish in because yeah, I had to do that every crawfish season … Have you ever had a boil? It’s so fun … They boil it up and there’s corn, there’s sausage and potatoes and we just throw it on and listen to music."
It is pertinent to mention that the new sequel to Running Point is currently available to watch on Netflix.
