Denise Richards really misses ex Patrick Muldoon after his death: 'I'm still in shock'

Denise Richards is really missing her ex-boyfriend Patrick Muldoon following his tragic death.

“Pat & I were supposed to do press this week for Dirty Hands,” the 55-year-old actress penned on her Instagram account on Thursday alongside a clip from the new crime thriller. The film has been released in cinemas today.

She further wrote, “He was so passionate about this movie & worked so hard on it. He was personally close to many involved. We did our first movie together & I am so blessed & grateful I did his last movie with him.”

“While I’m still in shock and devastated, I wanted to share this clip,” Denise continued. “I know he would want everyone to see the movie.

Concluding an emotional note, the actress added, "His dear friend Kevin [Interdonato] wrote & directed & acted in it & his dear friend Guy [Nardulli] produced & acted in it. He was so proud of this movie."

For those unversed, Patrick passed away on April 19 due to a heart attack. He was 57.

Following the heartbreaking news, an insider told the Daily Mail that Denise is heartbroken over her ex's untimely death.

"She’s devastated. Really, really sad. She can’t stop crying," the confidant said.

Denise and Patrick dated briefly in the 1990s.
