Prince William, Kate Middleton pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II on 100th birthday
The celebrations for the late Queen's centenary have begun all over the UK
Prince William and Kate Middleton are honoring Queen Elizabeth's legacy on what would have been her 100th birthday.
As April 21 marks the late monarch's centenary, the future king and his wife Kate also poured their love on the special day.
The royal couple took to their Instagram account and shared a heartfelt note along with a series of snaps with the queen, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 96.
They wrote, "Remembering Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the 100th anniversary of her birth. Inspiring generations through a lifetime of duty."
The first slide of the post featured an old snap of the Queen when she was a princess.
In the second snap, both Kate and William, as well as Queen Elizabeth, can be seen looking at something outside of the frame.
While in one of the pictures, the late monarch was photographed interacting with Kate and William's youngest son, Prince Louis.
As the commemoration of the late Queen's birthday is going on in full swing, King Charles also paid tribute in memory of his "darling Mama."
The king shared a montage video for the queen and wrote, "God bless you, darling Mama; you remain forever in our hearts and prayers."
