The singer posted a candid moment with daughter Daisy Dove
Katy Perry is spending some quality time with her daughter, Daisy, amid sexual assault allegations made by Australian actor Ruby Rose.
The I Kissed a Girl hitmaker took to her Instagram account on Sunday to share a series of snaps and video of her trip to Rome.
In one of the slides of the carousel, Katy, whose real name is Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, was seen FaceTiming her daughter Daisy Dove Bloom.
In the snap, which is a screenshot taken of her phone, the five-year-old's face was covered with a shark filter.
During the video call, Daisy was wearing a light pink shirt with several strawberry prints, while Katy could be seen laughing while relaxing in a bathtub.
In the candid post, the singer looked unfazed after the sexual assault accusations as she was enjoying the architecture in Rome.
"Just Rome'ing around," she wrote in the caption.
Other snaps and video featured Katy singing on a stage, posing in a white and black frock, dunking her credit card in a fountain and several other moments from her trip.
It is pertinent to mention that Katy shares Daisy with ex fiance, Orlando Bloom.
For those unversed, Ruby Rose called out Katy for an incident of sexual assault that the Fireworks singer allegedly perpetuated against her in 2010 in Melbourne. However, Katy vehemently denied the allegations in a statement shared by her rep.
