How Britney Spears finds comfort in sons after rehab stint: Source
The pop star prioritises healing after DUI arrest
Britney Spears "loves" to spend time with her sons.
Following her arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol in California back on March 4, the mom-of-two voluntarily checked into a rehab after her sons, Jayden and Preston, encouraged her.
A source told People that reconnecting with her sons after the arrest was a positive side of it.
"When she's not in a good place, it's almost impossible for her to maintain any kind of steady connections," the insider said.
"She wants to be a good mom though. She really loves Preston and Jayden and listens to them, For Britney, it's amazing that she gets to spend time with them again. It makes her very happy."
The tattler further added that Spears was "very upset and shaken" after her March arrest and ended up opting for treatment for stability.
"People around her do care a lot and are constantly trying to support her, but it can be difficult. There have been a lot of concerns since the arrest."
Jayden and Preston "were a big part of getting her to rehab," revealed the source.
"They've been clear with her. They just want her to be healthy," the bird chirped.
