Tom Brady shared unexpected take on his famous strict diet
Tom Brady eats everything but in "moderation."
The former NFL star, who was famous for his rigid diets, has now eased his eating habits in recent years.
Brady, in a recent chat with CNBC, revealed that during his family gatherings and at times of emergency during travel, he eats what is avaiablable like what people normally eat.
“I think it’s moderation in all things, and I think there’s probably been people have gone kinda overboard with the rigidity of my lifestyle or diet,” the atlete said.
The seven-time Super Bowl champ went on to explain, “I have kids and I have Halloweens and birthday parties and we’re like a normal family, so I try to make really healthy choices as often as possible. But when you’re watching football games and you’re at games, you're traveling and you're in airports."
"I understand the reality of life as well," he added.
Brady is the father of three kids. He shares son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian with ex wife Gisele Bündchen.
Brady welcomed eldest son, Jack, 18, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
