Ashlee Simpson’s ex-Ryan Cabrera claims to have 'a great history'
Ryan Cabrera makes jaw-dropping confession about his relationship with ex-Ashlee Simpson
Ashlee Simpson’s ex-boyfriend Ryan Cabrera recently got candid and opened up about their relationship.
For those unaware, the 41-year-old American singer, songwriter, actress, and television personality, whose real name is Ashley Nicolle Ross-Næss, dated Cabrera in 2004 but parted ways in 2005.
Their romance gave a major storyline to MTV’s The Ashlee Simpson Show and she also showed up in his music video titled On the Way Down.
While conversing with PEOPLE magazine, the 43-year-old American musician reflected on his relationship with the 7th Heaven actress and how they maintain positive terms despite being former partners.
Cabrera said, “We're definitely friendly. My wife [Alexa Bliss] loves her.”
The Inside Your Mind crooner went on to share that he and Ashlee husband, Evan Ross, have been friends for “a long time” and he still has a great relationship with her mother, Tina Ann Simspon.
He noted, “I still pop by and see her mom at the showroom and they have presents for Hendrix, our daughter. Everybody just roots for each other.”
“We have such a great history and nobody has anything bad to say about each other because we're all just happy that everybody's happy. Everyone's got a beautiful family now. We've all grown up and get to see everybody thriving, and we love that,” the father of one explained.
"It's a very fun, happy, healthy environment. And it's exciting when you can see somebody from your past and root for them and watch them do well,” Ryan Cabrera stated.
