Prince Harry’s growing desperation for a slice of the Hollywood pie, allegedly, has grown into a public call out.
The commentator that delivered the title of ‘desperate’ is the host of To Di for Daily, Kinsey Schofield and she claims even things like the ongoing reconsideration for taxpayer-funded security is something that is just to help “resuscitate that royal image.”
the US-based commentator spoke to The Mirror during all this she pointed out the narrow road Prince Harry has flung himself onto given that “his goal is to project that brand and monetise it through books, television, or paid appearances.”
Not to mention for years before this he also “leaned heavily into a victimhood narrative that audiences have largely rejected,” so to Ms Schofield “he seems eager to turn that around” with this bid.
Her overall thoughts on the Duke of Sussexes however are less than positive because she went as far as to call him ‘desperate’ while pointing out how he seems intent on being “seen as the happy go lucky prince people once adored,” however, “I think too much damage has been done for that image to fully return.”
In her eyes, “with the Sussexes, actions speak louder than words, and Harry’s recent behavior does not support the idea that he genuinely wants to return to the fold.”
Before signing off she also referenced one of Prince Harry’s most latest faux pas with Stephen Colbert because that one was nothing more than a ‘misguided attempt at a viral moment’ she claims.
Because not only did he risk complicating the Royal Family’s current standing and relationship with President Trump but “don’t forget, Colbert previously perpetuated Wales cheating conspiracies at a time when Catherine was quietly facing her cancer diagnosis.”
Hence, “none of this sounds like a man who is eager to reconcile or work collaboratively with his family. It feels irresponsible,” she said while concluding.
