Prince William has just paid a visit to the Welsh Guards with pudding and the works for Christmas
With Christmas fast approaching Prince William has just surprised Welsh Guards with a nod as their Colonel of Regiment.
The Christmas wish has been shared to the Prince of Wales’ official Instagram account.
In it he even penned a note that reads “Happy Christmas to the Welsh Guards! [Christmas tree emoji] Proud to be Colonel of Regiment - and to serve pudding to the Junior Ranks this year! A huge thank you to the soldiers and families of the Welsh Guards for everything you do.”

What is pertinent to mention is that Prince William is the oldest son of the reigning monarch, King Charles. He is first in line to the throne, and has a son set to take his place and become the future Prince of Wales, once his father ascends the throne. Prince William also shares two other children with his wife Kate Middleton named Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
