Jelly Roll gets emotional recalling how obesity affected his intimate life
Jelly Roll reveals how being overweight affected his intimate life with wife Bunnie X
Jelly Roll revealed that he and his wife, Bunnie Xo, had a "horrible" intimate life before he lost 200 pounds.
During an appearance on the latest episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, the 41-year-old rapper revealed how being overweight affected his se* life with his wife.
“My se* life was horrible,” he admitted. “I couldn’t even get aroused, I was so big."
The Save Me hitmaker further shared that his wife was definitely not the issue.
“Dude, I married a f–king big-tittied, blond, beautiful woman, you know what I mean?” he proudly told the podcast host. “I married the kind of woman that makes you smile when you cry.”
During the interview, Jelly couldn't hide his emotions while sharing how his "addiction" and weight gain affected his family.
“I realized that in addiction, the family will kind of cater to the addict,” said the musician. “It’s nature. Like if somebody in your family was a drug addict you would help with their kids, you would feel a need to help in their absence — it’s what we do as a family, it’s human nature.”
“I realized then how much my addiction was hurting this family,” he added.
For those unversed, Jelly began his weight-loss journey in 2024. Earlier this year, the Son of a Sinner singer revealed that he had lost nearly 200 pounds and planned to lose more.
“I started at 540 pounds and I was 357 pounds this morning," he said during an appearance on the Big Night AHT Live show in April. “I’m gonna lose another 100 pounds.”
