Kim Kardashian has discovered that her brain is suffering from the side effects of chronic stress.
In a new episode of The Kardashians, Kim revealed that she had a new brain scan done by Dr. Daniel Amen. The scan revealed that some areas of her brain have much less activity than they should.
"That just can't be. It just can't. [I'm] not accepting," she told Amen.
Explaining the reason behind the lo activity, Amen said it must be due to chronic stress she’s suffered in the past few years. Kim attributed the stress to her divorce from Kanye West and her preparation for the bar exam, which she failed.
Kim’s discovery came after she recently revealed that she has a brain aneurysm which has been there for years. The condition was revealed in a prenuvo scan the reality star had.
After her SPECT scan, Amen also noted that she doesn’t have a risk of Alzheimer's disease and said she is "not terribly stressed, not anxious and not depressed."
"You are extraordinary in being positive," he remaked.
However, he warned Kim, saying, "With your frontal lobes, as they work now, it would be harder to manage stress and that's not good for you, especially as you're studying and you're getting ready to take the boards."
