Earlier this year, a Los Angeles judge granted Taylor Swift a five-year restraining order against Wagner who she said repeatedly appeared at her home and insisted she was the mother of his son.
The order issued on September 22, 2025 asked the 45-year-old to stay at least 100 yards from Swift, her residence, her vehicle and her workplace.
Wagner was prohibited from contacting the singer in any way and must surrender any firearms, ammunition or body armor.
According to USA Today, Taylor Swift wrote in her petition that the repeated incidents left her fearing for her safety and that of her family.
The singer said she lived with "a fear of imminent harm" because of Wagner's alleged visits and "concerning and threatening" messages to her and her staff.
