Billie Eilish checks off a massive streaming milestone with song from her debut alum
Billie Eilish has added another major streaming milestone to her catalogue as a new fan-favourite track officially crossed the billion-stream benchmark.
On Tuesday, November 18, the Grammy winner’s You Should See Me in a Crown reportedly surpassed one billion streams on Spotify.
The track, originally released as part of her debut album in 2019, now marks her 16th song to enter the platform’s prestigious Billions Club.
Fans quickly took to social media to celebrate the achievement. One user raved on X (formerly Twitter), "1 billion streams without relying on heavy radio play or traditional promo… that’s a masterclass in organic fan power. Billie changed the whole marketing blueprint."
Another remarked, "Billie stays collecting billions like it’s casual." A third added, "Sixteen billion-stream songs… meanwhile I can’t even finish a playlist without skipping every third track."
A fourth playfully wrote, "So it’s… BILLION EILISH now?" while a fifth noted, "16/79 songs over 1 BILLION woah."
