Amazon music playlists can now be directly shared on TikTok
The new integration allows for a direct link between both the platforms
TikTok is reportedly working on a new feature that will allow users to share content from Amazon Music on the social network, allowing a direct link between both the social platforms.
The feature is primarily deployed to both Amazon and TikTok users on iOS and Android devices.
Users can now easily enjoy it as it works for both free and paid Amazon Music tiers, and no premium subscription is required.
The addition of a “Share to TikTok” button is available for Amazon Music users to send tracks, songs, and personalized listening's directly to TikTok.
The new feature will provide listeners a detailed analysis of their music engagement.
According to TikTok, this update is mainly built to promote current partnership with Amazon Music through its “Add to Music App” feature and allow users to save the songs of their choice on TikTok directly to the Amazon Music streaming platform.
This development will be able to play a central role in enhancing the capability of linking users with the music and artists they enjoy.
Amazon holds 11-13% of the global streaming market and this integration would help Amazon grab the attention of younger audiences by providing a seamless experience between music discovery and consumption for the billion users on TikTok.
In addition, it will work to generate streaming revenue and will serve as a central engine for driving music trends.
