Diddy faces new setback in prison after rule violation reports
Sean Diddy Combs hit with bad news while serving sentence
Sean Diddy Combs received new blow in prison after he was hit by allegations of violating the rules.
The 56-year-old disgraced rapper reportedly had his release date delayed for a month, after defending himself against the rule violation.
The Bad Boy Records founder, who was initially scheduled to be released on May 8, 2028, will now be free from prison on June 4, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, as per People Magazine.
Although it is not revealed why the Last Night rapper’s release date has been pushed back, it follows on the heels of reports about Diddy getting caught with homemade alcohol.
Reports alleged that he was seen drinking a concoction of fermented mixture of Fanta soda, sugar and apples, by a prison official.
However, soon after the news broke, a representative for the disgraced music mogul told the outlet, “There have been several false and reckless reports circulating about Mr. Combs. He has not violated any prison rules. His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities, and he is taking them seriously.”
The alcoholic beverage consumption was startling because Diddy has maintained his claim of sobriety in court throughout his trial.
