King Charles earned respect of Virginia Giuffre's family as they called his decision to strip Andrew of his Prince title a "victory."

On Thursday night, October 31, the royal family confirmed in a statement that the monarch has initiated a formal process to remove the "Style, Titles and Honours" of Andrew.

According to Buckingham Palace's announcement, Prince Andrew will be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor from now on. The 'disgraced' member also has to leave the disputed Royal Lodge in the coming days.

Upon hearing the news, Andrew's sex accuser, Ms Giuffre's loved ones shared an emotional message, stating that an "ordinary American girl from an ordinary American family brought down a British prince with her truth and extraordinary courage."

They lauded the efforts of late Virginia, who did not give up while fighting her battle for accountability after being sexually assaulted in her teens by the former Duke of York.

"Today, she declares victory. We, her family, along with her survivor sisters, continue Virginia's battle and will not rest until the same accountability applies to all of the abusers and abettors connected to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell," the note concluded.

Are Andrew's daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, at risk?

Following King Charles' stern decision for Andrew, questions were raised about the future of the York sisters in the royal family.

However, express.com.uk reported that Beatrice and Eugenie will keep their royal titles as per King George V's Letters Patent of 1917. They are "daughters of the son of a Sovereign."
