King Charles III faces mounting pressure to cut ties with Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson after Duchess of York's email to her 'generous and supreme friend' Jeffrey Epstein, which led to multiple charities distancing themselves from her.

The Duchess of York is now in deep waters as her Charity patronages are falling off her like autumn leaves, with more than a half dozen charities no longer wanting to be associated with her as their patron or ambassador.

There are speculations that 76-year-old monarch may issue a statement on the Duke and Duchess of York to let the people know about his plans for the couple.

However, royal insiders believe the King will never do so, explaining: "He always avoids fanning the flames in fiery situations."

"It's difficult for the monarch to severe connections with the couple, even though he personally disapproves of what's being claimed," they added.

On the other hand, some media outlets reported: "The King doesn't want to cut ties with his brother, former sister-in-law."

However, they believe that Charles may bar Sarah and Andrew from public family events such as Christmas and could move to end their long lease on Royal Lodge, the Windsor mansion where they live in separate wings.

William, heir to the British throne as the eldest son of King Charles, is said to be pressing his father to take that step, viewing it as the minimum required to safeguard the monarchy’s reputation.

The 76-year-old monarch has so far kept his words and thoughts unrevealed to avoid any new family mishap.

Ferguson, who is an author of Mills and Boon books, will have to struggle to write herself a happy ending. Her efforts to return to the royal fold could now go into reverse.

Ferguson regrets the moment she sent email to Epstein, in which she called him her "supreme friend" and said she wanted to "humbly apologise" for publicly rejecting him.
