Prince William, Kate enforce bold new plan as they inch closer to throne

Prince William and Princess Kate are not taking their destined role light as King Charles continues to get weekly cancer treatment.

The Prince of Wales has not shied away from sharing a glimpse into what his reign will look like and it looks they have readied a game plan for it. A reflection of that is seen in the major strategy that the Waleses have implemented via Kensington Palace.

Just as Charles gave a rare insight into how he feels about his health, his former butler, Grant Harrold, shared what William and Kate next plan of action is.

“They’re very visible,” he told GB News about their online presence and modern approach. “And the videos – with all the slow motion and everything – show how into social media they really are.”

He explained, “They’ve obviously got a team to help them run it. But the fact that they’re putting this information out there is their choice. They’re the ones allowing it to happen.”

There has been a friction between how the press works with royal news and this is something unsettling for some members of the royal family, like it was for Prince Harry. Although, William and Kate are opting to take a “give and take” with the media.

“They give a bit, they use the media, and the media uses them. And right now, it seems to be a really good relationship between the Royal Household and the press.”

Grant noted that the strained relationship with the media has improved and it is “better now than it’s ever been”. He suggested that it was “because they’re giving as much as they’re taking”.

The interview came after the King poked fun during an interaction with an 80-year-old cancer patient, adding “bits don’t work so well once you get past 70”.

Meanwhile, many sources have claimed that William has been stepping in for his father, to be fully prepared to carry the burden of the throne.
