Olivia Jade reveals she turned to therapy after Jacob Elordi breakup

Olivia Jade Giannulli shared a personal update about her life after ending her four year relationship with Jacob Elordi. 

The 25 year old influencer admitted she has been working through many emotions and has leaned on therapy to help her cope.

Olivia told her followers that moving to New York soon started to feel overwhelming. After spending much of the summer in Paris, she explained that the thought of living away from her family for the first time was both exciting and stressful. 

"I feel like committing to this move and really like letting it sink in that I’m moving across the country for the first time away from my family,” she said.

Olivia added that therapy was a useful tool in this period of change, as she explained that her therapist supported her through difficult moments and helped her see situations with fresh perspective. 

“You guys know I love therapy. I’m very grateful that I just have an outlet and somebody to talk to," the star explained.

While the media personality did not speak about Elordi directly, the timing of her comments followed news of their breakup earlier this month. The two were first linked in 2021 but kept their relationship private. 

However, they were seen vacationing in Italy in both 2023 and 2024 but never went official on red carpets or social media.

For the unversed, Olivia was Jacob’s first partner after his split with Kaia Gerber.
