Kate Middleton's brother makes bold admission about life with wife

Princess Kate's brother James Middleton has surprised fans with an honest confession about life with his wife, Alizée Thevenet, during a scenic Alpine running trip.

The future queen's younger brother Friday posted on Instagram about the role running plays in his relationship with Ms Thevenet, whom he tied the knot in 2021.

He wrote: “Ever since we met, Alizée and I have been running side by side."

However, he revealed the truth about little arguments between them, saying, "In fact, if we ever argue, running is our way of clearing the air (partly because neither of us can talk while we do it).

He continued: "More recently, it’s been about running after Inigo but recently I planned this Alpine run and it might just be the most beautiful yet.”

He also released a stunning video of Thevenet, running alongside the mountainous landscape. She can be seen wearing running gear for the exercise.

Running and fitness have long been part of James and Alizée’s life.

The pair welcomed their first child, a son named Inigo, in October 2023.

James has previously spoken about the joy of becoming a father, describing the experience as “life-changing” and often sharing updates about family moments outdoors.

The couple have taken part in marathons and other endurance events, with Kate's brother often documenting their training on social media. His latest post reflects how the pastime has become part of their family routine as parents.

The dog lover has also been open about how exercise and the outdoors support his mental health. James has spoken publicly about his experience with depression, telling how time in nature with his dogs and activities such as running helped him cope.
