Prince Harry is believed to be working on launching a 'new charity' alongside Seeiso of Lesotho in an effort to compete with rival organisation Sentebale, following his split from the charity.
The Duke of Sussex stepped down from Senetable after a report accused him of 'harming' its reputation. After many years of involvement, he dramatically resigned from his position alongside co-founder Prince Seeiso of Lesotho-in March earlier this year.
Despite the public fallout, he remains deeply concerned about the charity's mission in South Africa and is eager to continue helping.
'The Duke is anxious that the fight against poverty and Aids in Lesotho and Botswana carries on,' an insider explained.
'Harry in now in talks to set up a potential rival organisation to Sentebale with his original partner, Prince Seeiso of Lesotho, both are keen to work together on a new venture,' the source added.
'They are talking about clubbing together to support other existing charities doing similar work in the region,' they told the Daily Mail.
A spokesman for Prince harry told GB News: 'All options remain on the table either a separate charity or collaboration with other charities,' the statement concluded.
The development comes after royal author Phil Dampier accused Harry for focusing on impressing celebrities rather than resolving his charity feud.
He said: 'His charity commission report has blamed both sides, both Harry and the former trustees, and the former chairwoman, mainly for airing their dirty linen in public.
He said: 'The chairwoman did not think that polo matches and Harry playing polo in glamorous locations was a good idea. 'I don't understand why Harry could not talk to her more about it and deal with it.
If he spent less time in court and going to showbiz and sporting events in California, he would have had the time to deal with it.'
