Finneas looks back at 'cringiest' interaction with Taylor Swift
Finneas recalls awkward encounter with Taylor Swift
Finneas once had an embarrassing interaction with Taylor Swift and it is still his cringiest moment till date.
The 28-year-old musician sat down for an interview with her The Favors bandmate, Ashe, and each answered some burning questions.
When inquired about their cringey run-ins with other celebrities, both the singers had stories to tell The Guardian.
Finneas recounted a story of meeting Swift at her birthday party, saying, “I said thanks for coming to Taylor Swift. At her birthday party. She said, “Thank you so much for coming” and I said, “Thank you for coming!”
This wasn’t the first time the Love Is Pain hitmaker shared that story which goes on to show how it haunts him.
Whereas Ashe shared, “Finneas took me to a really fun Halloween party once, and I’d had a few drinks. I was dressed as Marie Antoinette, with blood on my neck.”
Finneas chimed in, “Her hair was amazing. It was real up,” while the songstress continued, “I saw Margot Robbie out of the corner of my eye, and I was liquid … stoked.”
She added, “And I went up to her and I said, Hey, you know what sometimes happens? People say we look alike. It’s criminal to say that out loud to the person! She obviously is the coolest person ever, so she was like, we should start a band. What a sweetheart for making me not feel miserable in that moment.”
Finneas said, “I watched Ashe go do it, being like, oh my god oh my god oh my god.”
