Jennifer Aniston brings back 'The Rachel' with modern twist
Jennifer Aniston stuns her fans with old hairstyle donned in new way
Jennifer Aniston is once again making headlines with her latest hairstyle, a revamped version of her iconic '90s look known as "The Rachel."
The 56-year-old actress has debuted a new sliced take on the style, dubbed the "curve cut," which features face-framing layers curling below the jaw in a 'C' shape.
According to celebrity hairdresser Charley McEwen, Aniston's current style, often referred to as "The Everything Cut," is a soft, face-framing layered look that's both low-maintenance and polished.
"It is chic, versatile, and adds so much movement to the hair," McEwen said. To achieve a similar look, McEwen recommends asking your stylist for long, blended, face-framing layers starting around the jaw or cheekbones, with subtle graduation to keep the shape fluid and modern.
The stylist further shared his expertise on how to style the curve cut, saying, "Blow-dry with a round brush for lift and bend, then use a large tong to shape the ends." He also recommends using a light mousse or Living Proof Full Dry Volume & Texture Spray to hold the style without weight, and a touch of smoothing cream for an effortless finish.
This isn't the first time Aniston has revisited her iconic '90s hairstyle. In 2024, she debuted a chic bob haircut that set social media ablaze, and earlier this year, she rocked a voluminous lob at the People's Choice Awards.
Her ability to effortlessly transition between trends has captivated her fans, and her new, lighter "Rachel"-esque look is no exception.
