While the Prince and Princess of Wales’ three young children have access to some of the finest cuisine fit for royalty, that doesn’t mean they don’t indulge in a cheeky treat now and then just like any other kids.
Back in 2022, royal watchers were delighted to spot Prince George enjoying a rare sugary snack during a public outing.
Attending the Platinum Pageant on The Mall part of the grand celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s accession George was seen sneakily tucking into a Cola bottle sweet, likely plucked from a bag of Haribo.
Prince George wasn’t enjoying his sugary snack alone during the Platinum Pageant festivities he was surrounded by familiar (and likely snack-curious) company.
Seated alongside his sister, Princess Charlotte, and cousins Mia Tindall and Savannah Phillips, the young royal was in good company as he munched on his Cola bottle sweet.
With a bag of Haribo in hand and a group of equally energetic royal cousins around him, there’s little doubt George may have been encouraged to share a few treats.
