King Charles receives message from Prince Harry ahead of Invictus Games in Birmingham
Prince Harry shared a meaningful message about 'healing as one family' after his father, King Charles, marked a special milestone.
On June 20, the Duke of Sussex's Invictus Games team released a statement on the Indigenous Peoples Day, promoting healing and togetherness.
Alongside a video that showcased Harry's visit to an Indigenous community in Canada, the message reads, "Healing together as one family at the Invictus Games."
Prince Harry's spokesperson added, "The Four Host First Nations were a part of creating, designing and refining every aspect of the #invictusgames Vancouver Whistler 2025."
"On Indigenous Peoples Day, we recognise the incredible impact they had on our community at an historic Invictus Games. #ig25 #iamhere."
It is important to note that the Duke of Sussex showed his support for the community after Buckingham Palace shared that the King has "recorded a special 70th anniversary message for the @BBCWorldService’s annual Antarctic Midwinter Broadcast..."
The monarch honoured "research staff stationed at @BritishAntarcticSurvey (BAS) facilities in Rothera, Bird Island, and South Georgia."
On the other hand, Harry's message about healing as a family could be a sign that he still wants to reconcile with the royal family despite the Palace doors allegedly 'shut' on him.
