Meghan and Harry’s future may be one click away with Royal warning
Monarchy faces incoming as Royal watchers raise eyebrows
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's next media move may hinge on their high profile Netflix deal, according to royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams who has issued a stark warning about what could come next if the contract isn’t renewed.
Speaking to GB News, Fitzwilliams suggested that without continued backing from the streaming giant, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could be tempted to create more "destructive" content aimed at the Royal Family.
"A lot depends on Netflix and how that contract goes," he said.
"If they don't succeed in getting at least some sort of link with Netflix, I think they might do some more destructive pieces and I hope that does not happen."
Fitzwilliams also delivered a blunt assessment of their relationship with the Prince and Princess of Wales.
'I'm afraid the rift does not seem to have any chance at all of being solved, and the reason is obvious," he remarked.
He pointed to a deep breakdown in trust as the heart of the issue, "The Royal Family, particularly William and Catherine, do not trust them. That's with good reason, too."
According to the commentator, past actions have left wounds too deep to heal, creating what he describes as an "insurmountable barrier" between the two royal couples.
