Prince Harry’s Invictus Games atracts six international host city contenders
Prince Harry has secured a permanent stay in America despite repeated threats from Donald Trump claiming to kick him out.
In a new Instagram post, official account of The Invictus Games has revealed that San Diego in USA has expressed interest to host the next sport event.
The country wholeheartedly welcoming the Duke of Sussex's competition on its land shows that he has sucessfully mended his ties with government officials.
This means that Prince Harry will no longer be kicked out of America, and that his stay visa will possibly be issued soon, regardless of the current court case.
One problem is now clear out of Meghan Markle's table as she doesn't have to worry about picking another country for family settlement — or worse, moving back to the UK with King Charles!
Prince Harry continues to champion the spirit of resilience and unity through his work with the Invictus Games Foundation as it announces six cities vying to host the Invictus Games 2029.
Aalborg (Denmark), Abuja (Nigeria), Daejeon (South Korea), Kyiv (Ukraine), San Diego (USA), and the Veneto Region (Italy) have all submitted Expressions of Interest to welcome the global Invictus community in four years’ time.
This announcement follows closely on the heels of Prince Harry’s heartfelt tribute on Germany’s first official Veterans Day.
The Duke of Sussex praised German people for their "warmth, enthusiasm and unwavering support" for wounded service personnel, reflecting on the success of the Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023.
That event, he said, helped lay the foundation for Germany’s Veterans Day, a "Home for Respect" dedicated to honouring service, memory, and unity.
Prince Harry’s message underscored the vital role veterans and service members play in safeguarding peace and democracy, especially in these turbulent times, and called for a renewed global commitment to these values.
