Prince Harry must decide on next legal move after court defeat
Prince Harry faces tough decision after losing legal battle
Prince Harry is facing a crucial decision on whether to pursue further legal action after losing his recent challenge at the Court of Appeal in London earlier this month.
The Duke of Sussex has until the end of this week to decide if he will seek permission to appeal to the Supreme Court.
In the last hearing on 2nd May, Harry suffered a significant setback when he lost his legal battle to receive taxpayer-funded armed police protection while in the UK.
The King's estranged son previously argued that he been 'singled out' for inferior treatment following his decision to step back from royal duties in 2020.
However, the Court of Appeal ruled against him and dismissed his appeal, marking another blow in the long-running legal saga that has continued since his royal exit- commonly known as 'Megxit'- five years ago.
